My story
My journey in sports began when I was just three years old. From those early days, movement has been a constant thread in my life—shaping who I am and how I see the world. Over the years, I have trained and competed across a wide range of disciplines: running, football, basketball, athletics, volleyball, Spartan races, and most recently, triathlon.
Each sport has been a teacher. Running taught me endurance, football and basketball built teamwork and strategy, athletics gave me discipline, and obstacle races challenged me to push past limits. Triathlon, in particular, has deepened my understanding of resilience and balance—both physically and mentally.
What began as a passion has transformed into a mission: to guide others on their own path toward health, resilience, and self-discovery.


From athlete to guide
Through years of practice, I realized that performance isn’t just about training harder. It’s about integrating movement, recovery, and mindset. Without balance, the body breaks down. Without the right habits, progress fades.
That’s why I created U.Elevate—a space where sport, therapy, and wellbeing meet. My goal is not just to help you train, but to help you build sustainable habits that elevate every part of your life.
My mission with U.Elevate

1:1 Movement Sessions — personalized support to improve mobility, strength, and mindset.
